Up for auction is a vintage
Cinelli 1R
quill stem. No reissued item. Unmarked, but I measure about 26.6mm handlebar clamp diameter, so I guess it is for 26.4mm handlebars. I measure about 95mm length (c-c, not sure if this is 90 or 100mm?). It is for 1" forks. It is in excellent condition and shows almost no signs of use. Please see pics and judge yourself.

I am located in Vienna, Austria, EU and ship from here. Although all parcels go by airmail, sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected. An average parcel, e.g. to the USA, takes about 20 business days to arrive. Sometimes it can also take 6-8 weeks. There are customs and security checks involved that sometimes delay the shipment.
Especially smaller parcels (up to 1kg), get in many cases upgraded at my costs to priority parcel mail (depends on the weight and destination). Still there is no guaranteed shipping time.
Carriers I use are the Austrian Post, DHL (large parcels) and sometimes smaller carriers like Hermes and GLS. In your country the parcels will be delivered with a local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).
