Payment Options:
Payment should be made within 5 days of the auction close.
PayPal is the preferred method and is the most convenient.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are also acceptable.
Money Orders and Certified Checks are acceptable; however the order process is slower.
Please note we accept your bid as a honor bound promise to complete the transaction. If payment is not made a series of email notices and phone calls will be sent to notify you from us and EBay. After 16 days have elapsed from the auction close we will cancel the item order, request a refund of EBay fees, and generate a negative report.
Equipment Condition:
Used Equipment is just that, it is an assembly of aging components that has been cleaned, inspected, perhaps painted, and had required repairs performed to make the piece of equipment functional and reasonable attractive. We run test every piece of equipment ( unless specified ) before shipping and find it to perform the manufacturer's intent function. Information given about the equipment is accurate to the best of our knowledge. All sales come with a 30 day parts and labor warranty from ship date unless purchased "as is" with no exceptions..
Shipping and Packaging:
You must provide us with a business name, address and phone number prior to shipping.  This information is required by every freight carrier, your item can not ship until we have all of your shipping information.
You must notify us at the time of purchase if your item will be shipping to a personal residence, additional freight charges will apply.
We will pack your purchase for truck line shipment and notify the carrier for pick up. The purchase is complete at that time. Any freight damage claims will be your responsibility to process, so inspect your shipment carefully before signing the freight bill clear of any claims. These charges will be prepaid so no additional cost should be accessed to you. We ship everything out "Lift Gate Service" but due to the size of our units NO "INSIDE DELIVERY" is available.
Purchases you chose to pick up at our Trotwood, Ohio location are subject to a 7.25% sales tax unless you provide an exemption certificate. The freight charges will be waived, if you require packaging at pick up there will be a $ 75.00 packaging fee per unit.
