Joseph Cronin Official American League (OAL) baseball.

Cronin issued three (3) different balls during his tenure which are easily discernable based on the stampings - 1) 1960-69, 2) 1970-72, & 3) 1973.
What makes this ball crazy is that it is definitely NOT one of those three (3) issues. I've been buying OAL/ONLs for years and I've never come across this ball. It lacks the "MADE IN U.S.A." found on all 3 balls and the only ball that lists any reference to HAITI is the 1973 which this ball does but not in the same way.
UPDATE: An informed eBay shared this: this might be a Motorcraft promo ball. However, based on all my research, the MLB did issue some of those HAITI World Series balls to the public in the early 80s but my learnings point that OAL/ONLs were not actively sold to the general public until the 1985 (maybe 1984) season.
