Nitro frame. Used condition. I believe this is a 98.  Fits a 20" wheel. Top tube is about 19.5" center to center.
Frame does have wear, scuff marks, minor dings etc. However chrome shines well. Looks nice to me. If you are picky then this one isnt for you.
Solid frame ready to be built.
